The 5Star Dinner Club visited Alfredo's on a fairly mild September eve. They seemed prepared for our visit. Do we have a spy in our midst? The wait was short even on a busy Friday night. Our table was already set with salsa, quesa, and chips before we sat down. We ordered typical Mexican fare--quesadillas, fatijas, taco salad, and a low-cal (well, comparatively speaking) chicken breast. Everything was excellent. Service was good with the exception of having to ask for tortillas twice.The club didn't discuss price, although most good Mexican places are higher these days. Even with a taco salad, the meal blew my diet. But I had to sacrifice for the good of the club. Tough times. Alfredo's rose to the top of our list with a 4 out of 5-star rating.
